Firefox Security "Feature" is BS - Insecure password warning, wtf
The new insecure password warning in Firefox freaked me out at first. All of a sudden there seemed to be so many pages that are supposedly not secure to transmit a password!
Well, Firefox turned out to be wrong! If you are on an unencrypted page that does not necessarily mean that your password will be transmitted in an unsecure way.
In fact, many page do not use https on purpose, in order to enable better compression, caching, and distributed content delivery.
If you see the warning from Firefox, check the source code of the page you are looking at. Chances are the the from will be submitted to an https-enabled URL, and after verification of your account in a secure way you will be redirected to http again, for the above mentioned reasons.
I would really like to get rid of this "feature", it is getting very annoying! I checked dozens of the sits I usually go to, and for which Firefox showed the warning - not one of them (!) was actually unsecure.
It looks like Mozilla are really proud of this feature: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Protect-your-privacy/Insecure-password-warning-in-Firefox/ta-p/27861
Unfortunatly their page only has a positive voting button :-(
P,S.: here is how to disable it:

Liebe Erdogan-Unterstützder in Deutschland ...

Trump’s Immigration Executive Order - These Countries Have Been Listed Before
It is very interesting to watch General Wesley Clark's comments from 2013 (!) on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUCwCgthp_E
According to him, the US were planning to "attack and destroy the governments" of these seven countries: Iraq, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Iran, and Lebanon.
Now check this againstPresident Trump's list of "unwanted" countries: Iraq, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Iran, and Yemen.
A perfect match, with the only exepion of the last country on the lists. Coincidence? Or is he actually moving the plan forward?
An interestin side-note: Saudi-Arabia has never been included in the list, even though Al Qaeda and the IS have firm roots in the country, and 14 out of the 19 terrorists responsible for 9/11 were Saudis.

Solved: Diskstation PHP 7.0 Does not Know Any Extensions
With DSM 6.1, PHP 7.0 can be installed. Great, because it is faster than 5.6 and hopefully has less vulnerabilities.
Unfortunately, PHP 7.0 does not know any extensions at first.
To solve this for web sites, you need to look at two files:
Finally, enable the added extensions in Web Station:
To enable extension for command line PHP, you need some extra work:
Now you have the extensions also availble in command line (CLI) mode.
I needed the latter to get ownCloud's occ program to run under PHP 7.

To solve this for web sites, you need to look at two files:
- /volume1/@appstore/PHP5.6/misc/extension_list.json
- /volume1/@appstore/PHP7.0/misc/extension_list.json

To enable extension for command line PHP, you need some extra work:
- Look at this directory: /usr/local/etc/php56/conf.d/ Here you will find a few .ini files that enable certain extensions. For my purposes I used webstation-extensions.ini, which contains the extensions we activated above. Copy them.
- Create a new file /usr/local/etc/php70/conf.d/user.ini and paste the copied extensions there.
Now you have the extensions also availble in command line (CLI) mode.
